Fleetstar as a Rental car marketer and distributor offers specially agreed tariff conditions at which you receive your rental car.

Our rates are stable in price over the long and exclusively bookable.
You get individuality at the best performance with quality & safety of renowned vehicle fleet partners.

PROCESS / USING

How to book?

Online offers can be selected directly from the booking screen.

– Select rental location and rental duration
– Choose your appropriate vehicle offer
– Add extras if required [Extras Hinzufügen]
– Enter your data before submitting/booking

Wich rental-period/duration to select?

01-24 days rental period – inclusive unlimited kilometer free

26/30 plus days – book at the flexible Month-/Longterm rate to the day and extend as needed

★ Offers marked with longer minimum term according to the specifications

How many kilometres are free?

Cars:

  • 01-24 days duration unlimited kilometer
  • 25-30 days duration 4.000 km inclusive | per additional day +133 km incl.| 4.000 km per month
  • Minimum term offers as specified or adaptable to 1.000-8.000 km per month

Trucks/Commercials:

    • Week rates 1.225 km inclusive
    • Month 4.000-6.000 km inclusive as offered
    • Minimum term offers as specified or adaptable to 1.000-10.000 km per month

What are the payment methods?

For online booking

Selection ONLINE ZAHLEN / PAY NOW:
• All credit cards of international credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB) are accepted.
• Driver’s license and id must be presented at the time of pickup the car

Selection SPÄTER ZAHLEN / PAY LATER:
• You pay at the pick-up station – All credit cards of international credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Diners, Discover, JCB) are accepted as means of payment, whereas cards are only accepted by some stations.
Some vehicle groups can also be rented upon presentation of a EC-Girocard (Maestro/VPAY), then are limited to 4 weeks rental period

• Invoicing or Banking can be agreed for company rents. For this, specify the payment request in the comments field additionally
with ‘invoice payment’ and your other information. Your binding booking is in status ‘on request’ until payment-confirmation.

• Paypal / Orthers by agreement nach Vereinbarung. Your binding reservation is in status ‘on request’.

What do I need for rent?

Presenting on pick-up by the driver:

  • valid driver’s license
  • Identity card (passport w/proof of address)
  • valid proof of payment (when paying on pick-up is agreed)

– for registration of additional drivers are to be presented the driver’s license by the owner
– in case of agreed delivery from the vehicle may apply individually different rules

Driving licenses from non-EU countries (exception Switzerland) are accepted if
a) no visa is entered in the passport
b) visa is entered in the passport and the customer has not been in Europe for more than 6 months at the time of rental
A driver’s license not issued in Latin script must be supplemented by an international driver’s license.

Is a deposit required?

→ when paying at the pick-up station:
The amount will be pre-authorized and blocked on your credit card at the time of your pickup.
The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle offer but mostly 300EUR.
The deposit is used for additional costs (e.g. missing fuel at return, additional days, additional kilometers).

→ with other agreed payment methods, deviating regulations apply according to offer

Additional driver

Additional persons can be entered in the rental contract as authorized drivers.
• optional bookable free of charge from 1 additional driver for all car-rentals
• Drivers’ license need to presented in original by driver

• For Trucks and other commercial vehicles, a fee will be charged
• Depending on offer and duration about 9-75€ per driver/rental

The Fleet

The selection ranges from small cars to luxury class and trucks of almost all manufacturers.
The rental cars are ⌀3 months old.
Through trustful partnerships of many years we offer individual solutions gladly according to need.

Extras / special requests

Additional extras (e.g. add.driver, child seats, trailer hitch, supercover)
can be added in the booking process if required.
Additional requirements agreed upon if possible.

RETURN AND END OF RENTAL

End of rental / Extension

Until the agreed expiry of the rental, you return the vehicle properly.
If you still want to keep your vehicle, there is the possibility to optionally extend the rental period.
If no separate agreement has been made, please contact us in good time before expiry.

INSURANCE / FOREIGN TRAVEL

Wich cover is included?

all rental car offers with:
✓ Liability insurance
✓ Lost Damage Waiver LDW – with excess dependent on the vehicle offer from 0.00- 1.000EUR around

Regulations for foreign travel

Border traffic:
If you are planning trips crossing border from Germany, the additional option
‘Auslandsfahrten/Cross Border Fee’ (one-time fee per rental) is mandatory to include.
• With indication and notification at booking/with rental start for the countries of entry:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Swizerland.

• allowed only with categories Economy (E**), Compact (C**,D**), Intermediate (I**, J**), Van (FV**), Standard Bus (SV**) to the following countries:
Great Britain, Ireland, Italia, Croatia, Poland, Slowakie, Slovenia Tchech Rep. and Hungary.

• for all categories blocked countries:
Albania baltic republics, Bulgaria, Greece, Iseland, Romania,Turkye, Serbia, Montenegro, Mazedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Moldawia, the Russian Foundation, Malta,Ucraine, Belarus, Zyprie.

DURING THE TRIP ..

What to do if a warning signal lights up in the vehicle?

Check the meaning, any restrictions and contact the support.
The team will take care of quick clarification and, if necessary, a straightforward vehicle exchange.

What do I do in case of a breakdown?

Contact directly the 24h mobility service of the rental company. Together we will make you mobile again quickly.
You will find the contact details in the rental folder in the glove compartment of your vehicle.

What do I do in case of an accident?

First check the well-being of all passengers. Report the accident to Police and inform the rental company.
If it is no longer possible to continue driving the vehicle, your mobility protection will take care of the accident vehicle and coordinate the provision of a replacement vehicle.
