Fleetstar as a car rental company and marketer offers own specially agreed rates at wich you receive your rental car nationwide.
Our fleet conditions are valid for the long term and exclusively bookable.
You get best performance and individuality with quality & safety of renowned longstanding vehicle fleet partner.

PROCESS / USING

Which rental period term possible?

First and foremost it depends on your current needs.
If already fixed, select the exact duration:

Long term
★ Choose period starting from 28-30 days
-Stay flexible and terminate/return your vehicle every time after first month

Example: You have completed a duration of 96 days
-your plans changed and return after 76 days
-only actually driven 76d charged you. Remaining 20d are not be charged anymore.

Need to extend?
-on the expiry of duration it is easy possible to extend contract monthly/to the day.

short term
– from 1 day/ unlimted mls available for existing customers (no puplic entry)

What are the payment methods?

Selection PAY LATER
• You’ll pay at desk the day of pick-up
– International credit cards accepted (VS,MC,AE, ..)
– Payment charged then monthly and according to driven days exactly

Selection PAY ONLINE
• Paying your rent in advance with reservation/booking
– selectable by offer

– Foreign Companies need vehicles for their employees / projects in Germany are welcome.
– corporate and institutions -apply for a billing account in advance before a booking.

How to book?

Directly via the booking mask:
1 Select the location with start dates and rental period
2 choose from various vehicle offer
→ Add extra as required [Extra Options] and
3 enter your details before submitting  ✓

Regulations for foreign travel (cross-border)

Border traffic:
If you are planning crossing-border-driving from Germany, Extra-Option
– Crossing Border / Auslandsfahrt is mandatory
– (select one-time)

Restrictions may apply.
Allowed DK,NOR,SWE,FIN,A,CH,B,NL,F,ES.
Additional countries excluded for certain vehicles and categories.
Entry PL,CZS,SK,HUN,SLO,HR,IT,GB,IRL is only permitted for vehicles of class Economy to Standard (Medium).
Others forbidden for all vehicles.

What do I need for rent / on pick-up?

Presenting on pick-up by the driver:

  • valid driver’s license
  • Identity card (passport w/proof of address)
  • valid proof of payment (if paying on arrival is agreed)

Driving licenses from non-EU countries (exception Switzerland) are accepted if
a) no visa is entered in the passport
b) visa is entered in the passport and the customer has not been in Europe for more than 6 months at the time of rental
A driver’s license not issued in Latin script must be supplemented by an international driver’s license.

Additional drivers:
– for registration are to be presented the driver’s license by owner

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit is required when paying at arrival is agreed.
Deposit amount will be blocked on your credit card.
Deposit will be used for extra charges (e.g. fuel missing at return, extra-mileage, etc.).

How many miles/kilometers included?

How additional drivers handled?

Additional persons can be entered in the rental contract as authorized drivers.

• bookable at no extra charge for at least 2 add. driver for all car-vehicle
– Drivers’ license to present regular by the driver on registration

• For Trucks and other commercial vehicles depending on offer

Extra / Special requests

At ‘Optional Extras’ (e.g. add. driver, crossing-border-driving, infant seat, Super Cover) can be added during the booking process.
Furthermore, additional requirements and wishes can be agreed according to possibilities / availability.

INSURANCE / PROTECTION

Protection and Coverage

Rental vehicle offers includes:
• Liability / third party
• Collision Damage or Loss Damage Waiver (CDW,LDW) limits potential vehicle damage liability to deductible.
• Theft Protection (TP) limits potential vehicle loss liability to deductible.

RETURN AND END OF RENTAL

End of rental / Extension

You return the vehicle properly at the agreed end of the rental period.
If you wish to keep, the term can be optionally extended monthly to the day.
If no separate agreements been made, please contact us in good time before end of period.

DURING THE RENTAL ..

What to do if a warning signal lights up in the vehicle?

Check the meaning, any restrictions and contact the support.
The team will take care of quick clarification and, if necessary, a straightforward vehicle exchange.

What do I do in case of a breakdown?

Contact directly the 24/7 mobility service of the rental company. Together we will make you mobile again quickly.
You will find the contact details in the rental folder in the glove compartment of your vehicle.

What do I do in case of an accident?

First check the well-being of all passengers. Report the accident to Police and inform the rental company.
If it is no longer possible to continue driving the vehicle, your mobility protection will take care of the accident vehicle and coordinate the provision of a replacement vehicle.
