RENTAL INFORMATION.

TERMS FOR BOOKING AND RENTAL FLEETSTAR GMBH

AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP

Important documents

[Driver’s license requirements]

Driver must be able to present theirown driver’s license when picking up the rental car. Digital licenses and photocopies are not accepted.
All drivers must have held their license for at least 12 months, or longer depending on the vehicle categories below.
Driving licenses from non-EU countries (exception Switzerland) are accepted if
a) no visa is entered in the passport
b) visa is entered in the passport and the customer has not been in Europe
for more than 6 months at the time of rental. A driver’s license not issued in Latin script must be supplemented by an international driver’s license.

[Age determinations]

The minimum age for rentals is 18-19 years with at least 1 years driver license
for vehicle category up to Compact-Elite,
from I** (Midsize) 21/2 years,
from F** (Fullsize,Fullsize-Premium) 21/3 years,
from P** (Premium) 25/3 years.

[Passport / id]

Valid Identity card or Passport by main driver at least. If these not contain an address, take an addl. proof of adress with you (e.g. electricity bill).

What is included in the rental price

The costs of rent for the agreed rental term
Liability for injuries or damages to person or property outside the vehicle in the amount of at least the legal requirements.
Loss damage (LDW), collision damage (CDW) for collision scratches and bumps limits potential liability to a specified deductible or to the agreement.
Theft Protection (TP) for the vehicle with a specified deductible or to the agreement.
Included kilometers to product and rental duration.
Vehicle licenses & environmental contribution if mandatory.
Service in connection with the provision of our offers.
Additional protection services selected by you at extra cost or other accessories selected by you.
Local fees und tax which valid at the time the service is provided.

What other costs may arise

Traffic violation administration (tickets, speed notices) of €18-30/fine.
Costs for lost vehicle keys, wrong fuel filling like.
Additional fee for rent on late hour stations outside regular hours €25.
Fuel Consumption, liquids, local road tolls, highway vignettes or similar.

Booking options / Payment information

[Prepaid rates]

You pay when booking online. The prepayment includes the rent for the booked period and the ads for the rental duration. The corresponding amount will be debited from
your payment method. You get a confirmation of the payment made. If agreements be made or availability to be checked, we will inform you and temporarily block the payment.
Any additional costs incurred results from rental shall be borne by you as the renter/Mieter. Then the prepayment will be deducted from the maybe still outstanding amount.

[Pay later /at desk]

Accepted credit cards are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, JCB. The means of payment must be issued to the main driver -valid for at least 1 months beyond
the agreed end of the rental- subject to acceptance only in conjunction with the PIN. At the time of pick-up you leave a deposit for your rental. The amount including
the deposit for e.g. fuel missing, extra-day, extra-mileage be autorized on your credit card. The final total costs of your rent will be calculated and charged at the
time of return the vehicle at the end of the rental.

Generell Conditions

[Rebooking, Cancelation, Refund]

Prepayment:
• Modifications to your booking are free up to the the rental day.
• Cancellation made at least 2 days before the rental are free, with refund of the prepayed amount.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours days before the due rental day, minus a fee.
– Refund made to the payment card used by your booking.
• If you fail to collect the vehicle, earlier return*, we can not provide a refund.
* Earlier return from 31+ days: An overpaid amount of unused rental-days will be refunded minus a fee.

Payment at desk:
• Modifications to your booking are free of charge up to the start of the rental day.
• Cancellation within 2 days before agreed start be charged with a fee of 60 EUR.
• If you fail to collect the vehicle in due time and have not cancelled, a fee of at least 165 EUR will be charged in claim.

[Booking Reservation]

The details of your reservation, which are listed in the booking confirmation, together with the terms and conditions form the contract for
the booking of a vehicle with Fleetstar.
Fleetstar provides customers contract conditions and services for agreed duration of vehicle rental. You will receive the vehicle from
us either directly or through our fleetpartner. The agreed services remain unaffected.

[Vehicles models and vehicle categories]

We have classified vehicles also in groups based on fine comparable characteristics. Depending on description, offers show the most frequently provided reference model
from this group. Even if this follows a rule. There is no guarantee for the position of this model. Unless it concerns a guaranteed model or individual agreements exist.

EXCLUSIONS

In the event of intentional or grossly negligent causation of damage, the claim to the agreed comprehensive coverage including theft protection. In addition, the vehicle,
or parts thereof, may not be sublet, encumbered, pledged, relet further rented or used for e.g. motor sport purposes. Nor may it be used for the transportation of persons
for hire or against payment (e.g. Carsharing), unless it was expressly agreed and acorresponding permission is available.

Crossing-border-driving / Entry regulations
The renter and the drivers are not permitted to drive outside the contract area.

Countries forbidden for all vehicle categories: Albanien, baltic republics, Bulgaria, Greece, Iseland, Romania, Turkye, Serbia, Montenegro, Mazedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegowina,
Moldawia, the Russian Foundation, Malta, Ucraine, Belarus, Zyprie and other continents.

Allowed for vehicles: Austria, Belgium, Swiss, Denmark, Spain, Finnland, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden.

Entry Great Britain, Ireland, Italia, Croatia, Poland, Slowakie, Slovenia, Czech Rep., Hungary is only permitted for vehicle of class:
Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Elite (e.g. Audi Q3) and Standard (e.g. VW Tiguan) including bus of SIPP-Code S. For all other vehicles the entry is prohibited.

• As mandatory extra option -Crossing Border for authorized entry. For permitted trips abroad, the renter and the driver is obliged to provide information about the planned traval abroad.

[Mobility Service]

Technical support for the vehicle in case of impairment of the driving ability not caused by the renter or driver. Organization of the provision of a required replacement vehicle.

[Options / Extras]

Additional driver (Zusatzfahrer)
Passenger Vehicles: Charged from 0€ to specified vehicle offer, whereby only persons noted in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Van/Trucks: Additionally charged at offer-specific fees and not automatically already included in the booking price.

Reduction Excess (Super Cover)
The deductible in case of damage or theft of the vehicle, can be optionally reduced to an financial liability of approximately €0,00. From categorie Premium and Minibusse
a named deductible may remain depending on the offer. The inclusion of the Online-offer can only be made with the vehicle booking, maybe before rental via Fleetstar.
Protection packages are valid only if you comply with the rental conditions. Without validation and compensation obligations in case of intentional, grossly negligent causation of damage in principle.

Trips abroad (Crossing Border Driving)
This option is binding to book for approved trips abroad (see details at ‘Entry regulations’)

One-way rentals
Within mainland Germany a fee according to selection are displayed in price summary.
For van/-truck rental domestic with additional extra-fee to book on request.
Return abroad for cars on request only and higher amount depending on country.
The return abroad for vans/trucks is excluded and not possible.

Trailer hitch / Anhängerkupplung
available for selected vehicle groups under consideration of required towing capacity.
